“A little about myself. I grew up on a small farm in Ontario. Living in a rural area gave me an appreciation for the outdoors and nature, which lead me to Carleton University where I obtained a degree in Environmental Studies and Geography. Following my studies I spent time working with Environment Canada before venturing to Vancouver where I was fortunate enough to work with a company called Sylvis Environmental.
After living in Vancouver for 4 years I got the itch to travel and obtained a working holiday visa for Australia. Three and a half years later I returned to Canada after spending 2 years in Australia, a year in New Zealand and 2 stints traveling around Southeast Asia. I was drawn back to BC at the recommendation of a friend who lived in Fairmont Hot Springs.
Over 6 years later I am still here and have made this area home.”
